NWTK: Honestly, there is no pat answer here and no way to know without personally examining you along with taking x-rays of the teeth. Teeth can have dark stains in pits in fissure for years with absolutely no caries activity or....Can have little or no staining and have carious lesions. You have to see you dentist for a tooth by tooth evaluation. Don't take any chances.
