Any advice? what should you do if you get chili pepper in your eye?

Mostly suffer: The eyes are very sensitive to chili peppers and it is similar to the main ingredient in pepper spray good for controlling the unruly. Flush out you eye as much as you can and if you have whole milk it will do this faster as the peppers are fat soluble.
