When do you think i should see improvement after starting allergy eye drops?

Right away: Eye symptoms should improve right away after using allergy eye drops. If it does not, that mean you have severe allergy that need a different treatment methods/medications or you don't have allergic conjunctivitis. Either case, you should see a local allergist.
