Usually, self...: A post-vasectomy leak will usually be self-contained, resulting in a small cyst or sperm granuloma with various degree of pain, for which surgical exploration and excision may be needed to ease the pain, but with no 100% guaranty. Is this what you mean and concern? Or post-vasectomy re-canalization?
