Any advice? what sort of problems may occur in life; after a calcaneus fracture?

See below: It may depend on how the fracture was treated, how it occurred. If there is a residual deformity then you may always have ankle and foot pain and could created hip and low back pain especially if there was compression and shortening of the heel bone.
