Varies: A calcareous fracture can potentially not have any neurological issues at all. The two main ways s calcareous fracture can have neurological issues is if the fracture displaces and pushes on a nerve, or if the degree of swelling associated with the fracture causes nerve damage, such as in a compartment syndrome if the foot.
