Rest: Stress fractures usually resolve with simple non-surgical treatment (immobilization, crutches). Your primary care doctor or orthopaedic foot/ankle specialist could halp you assess risk fractures and prevention (mechanical and metabolic factors as well as training regimens that may have been related to the occurrence).
