Itching a few days : After breast augmentation is very common. Antibiotic ointment may help. Since you are only 3 days postoperative, it is best to call your plastic surgeon to see what he or she would like for you to do.

Very common: Sometimes it's due to your body reacting to the surgical tape (if any was used) or other elements of wound care. Talk to your surgeon, sometimes I recommend topical hydrocortisone but only after having examined the patient. Best regards.
