A member asked:

Allergic to prednizone and nsaids, is there anything else to take for joint pain riam to different parts of the body at night?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends on disease: It is very unlikely you are allergic to prednisone. It is more likely youhad a side effect from the medication. Steroids are required for life and Prednisone is a treatment for most allergic reactions. To treat arthritis there are several options. The first step is to determine what type of arthritis. Cymbalta, (duloxetine) injections, physical therapy are all options. I would recommend you see a rheum.
