Depends: It used to be ca 125 , a serum marker . Today there is another test more sensitive using ca125 in conjuction with another tumoral marker.

None: There are no screening tests for ovarian cancer that have proven to be benifical. Ca-125 marker testing, pelvic us, pelvic exams have not been conclusivly demonstrated to improve outcomes. The best thing to do would be to ask your doctor what he/she feel is right for you in your situation.

No good method: Unfortunately there is no good method to screen for ovarian cancer. This is the major reason that ovarian cancers are often detected late. Having regular check ups that include pelvic examination may detect an ovarian mass sooner. Women with vague abdominal symptoms should seek care as many ovarian cancers present with vague symptoms.
