How do i know exactly what happens during an ovarian cancer screening?

There is no screen: There is no screening test for ovarian cancer to date. If there is a question of an abnormal exam finding, an ultrasound may be ordered to look at the ovary. Ovarian cancer has no screening test which is why it is often found at later stages.
