See your doctor: It is hard to say if you had a seizure or not. The best way to know is to be seen by a neurologist who can evaluate you. Effexor (venlafaxine) is assoc. W/ high blood pressure, so you should have your BP monitored regularly ; the dose lowered if needed. Also, you shouldn't stop it suddenly b/c you can have withdrawal signs like headaches, nausea, anxiety, insomnia, ; electric shock like sensations in the brain.
