Is there an estrogen spray or gel for hot flashes?

Topical Estrogens are a popular 'alternative' method of postmenopausal therapy for everyting from skin and vaginal dryness to vasomotor 'hot flashes' it's expensive, unregulated therapy usually compounded without quality controls. I'm unaware of sprays. I believe oral or skin patch e2 therapy works better than the compounded unstandardized products.
