is mrsa spread through saliva after treatment? mom said not to share food with friend that had it in 2012, she works in medical, & says i will get it.

Not a risk: There should not be a risk of illness for contact with someone who was treated for MRSA in past, if they are not showing signs of illness now. The bacteria in mrsa, "staph" is usually spread by skin to skin contact, especially with a wound or other infected area.
