Time: Are you asking if there's something that will make the lidocaine wear off sooner? No such product exists - you just have to give it time. If the numbness bothers you and it is just one tooth, you could talk to your dentist about doing a more localized infiltration vs a nerve block. Perhaps a dentist here could weigh in?
