Unsure: The symptoms you describe are likely related to some degree of gastritis. Short term use of the medications listed for symptomatic relief is generally ok, but with your problem lasting 5 months it is time to see your doctor for an evaluation to insure there isn't a bigger problem. At your age cancer is not very high on the list of probably diagnoses.
