See answer : With the symptoms you describe, have to at least consider the possibility of appendicitis (mid to lower rt abdomen) or cholecystitis (mid to upper rt abdomen). Other possibilities as well such as viral gastroenteritis , gastritis, etc. If truly not feeling well and/or symptoms worsening and/or unable to keep fluids down, need to see md in a timely fashion to get accurate diagnosis and treatment.
