Yes: If you do not have HIV and the blood on the blade is yours only then no. However if you are talking about a used blade with the blood of others then if there is HIV in that blood and it mixes into your blood than yes you could contract hiv. Its difficult to transmit and generally needs a large volume of blood semen etc but its still possible. Best not to use a used dirty blade forget about hiv.
