Hmmm.... millions of people are bitten by blood-sucking mosquitos every day. Many mosquitos are squashed into a bloody mess, although a tiny bloody mess. We do not check bite victims for mosquito-transmitted diseases merely because bloody mosquitos are getting squashed on them. The disease risk is too tiny. To test would mean testing millions of people over and over, which is impossible to do.

As described, it is virtually impossible to contract HIV, where the determining factor, besides blood being infected with HIV, is how much blood is transferred into the body. Even if the mosquito was contaminated, the amount of blood contaminating YOU is minuscule.
