Repeat question, same answer: No. The event described doesn't allow nearly enough virus exposure. HIV transmission requires exposure of cells deep inside the body to millions of virus particles. When an infected male has unprotected vaginal sex with a woman, with billions of virus in his semen, the likelihood she she will catch it is one in a thousand.

Above circumstances are highly unlikely to result in HIV transmission. The therapist did not have active, bleeding wounds on her hands. Cdc.gov is a reliable site in learning more about HIV transmission.
