Low risk: Most bat bites occur from bats in houses, barns, etc. The risks of spelunking are considerable but related to the structure of the cave, falling, flooding, getting stuck in narrow crevices, etc. You should always take precautions, never go alone, state a plan to those on the surface, and use proper equipment.
