No quick trick: Some of us are definitely more sensitive than others. It's a personality trait with many advantages that we often don't appreciate but that benefits others, quietly. Less sensitive types can't get why we are so upset over "nothing" and why it lasts. Ask your doc to refer you to a psychotherapist. He or she may help you find constructive way of integrating these wounds, having them interfere less.
