A member asked:

Only if i eat a lot of fried foods/fatty foods, there looks like oily stuff coming of bowel movements. otherwise it isn't oily. normal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No...: Passage of oil droplets in the stools is abnormal and indicates either maldigestion or malabsorption of fat. Maldigestion of fats more often might occur with gallbladder disease or if you've had your gallbladder removed. Malabsorption signals a pancreatic or intestinal disease. See your doctor for consultation. Good luck!
