No...: Passage of oil droplets in the stools is abnormal and indicates either maldigestion or malabsorption of fat. Maldigestion of fats more often might occur with gallbladder disease or if you've had your gallbladder removed. Malabsorption signals a pancreatic or intestinal disease.
