Should i worry if i can't urinate at all and have to cath myself to remove urine. also been diagnosed with a diabetic bladder but not diabetic.

Any disease that affects the nerves to the bladder, with diabetes being one of the most common, can cause retention problems. However, if you don't have diabetes, then ur bladder problem has another cause, and 'diabetic bladder' would be a misnomer.
