Yes: Lemons are acidic and if you eat lemons frequently it will erode the enamel.

Depends: Obviously if one eats lemons with baby teeth, and stops once adult teeth erupt, then ok. Would recommend rinsing your teeth with water after eating lemons as lemon juice is acidic and can harm enamel permanently.
