Single agent: That is the problem when the new system tells us how to practice medicine. Anyway, ask your doctor for inhaled steroid alone first and not the combination along with the rescue bronchodilator and try to justify the combination later.

I do not have asthma; but do have COPD - have been prescribed Dulera (formoterol and mometasone) (as well as the Spiriva). What is the alternative to Dulera (formoterol and mometasone) for COPD?
