Good morning doctors. if you have an oximeter reading of 100, can you still have asthma or copd or sleep apnea ?

You could still have disease with 100% oximetry reading for various reasons like it could be faulty machine, the COPD and asthma are intermittent in exercabation. Sleep apnea is also intermittent and in between exercabations could have good oxygenation of the blood and tissues. COPD, Asthma and sleep apnea are treatable and could be ameliorated without much hinderance to your well being.
