PMS: Get evaluated. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, extra salt ; junk carbohydrates. Increase complex carbohydrates – try to incorporate at least 5 servings of vegetables ;4 servings of fruit into your diet daily. Try: omega- 3 fatty acids. Warm bath, heating pad ; acupuncture are excellent for dysmenorrhea/pms. ^ exercise.

Not easy: To take of baby , and your self ( pms) , the reason for your irritability , if you do not want scientifically proved traditional treatment(s) , then you have to see a herbal practitioner . Good luck.
