It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor, preferably a gynecologist. Your doctor can prescribe pills that can limit your periods to once a year and you should discuss that with your doctor. In the meantime take oral iron and multivitamins to prevent anemia. I doubt that you have menopause but the best thing is to see a good Gyn who will do a good exam and order proper tests to find cause and fix you up. Good luck
