Should be: Ok if you are careful from here on and keep the wound clean use some topical antibiotic ointment and if your doctor recommended, keep a small dressing over it.

Relax: Will heal ok. Lubricate with aquaphor or vaseline. No bandages. No antibiotics or antiseptics. Water is good.
