If there are: Specific things you aren't happy with - some types of group therapy can address this (not all groups are designed for this). Self- help books can also address specific characteristics. But - remember this is not about throwing out the baby with the bath water. It isn't to change who you are - it is usually buffing up rough spots. Good luck.

What's wrong w/it?: Feeling inadequate is very common, even for people who seem to have it together. From a early age we feel ashamed due to criticism, punishment or embarrassing mistakes. As a child, it feels like it's you, even when it's not. The world tells us we're not good enough & ads say others are beautiful and happy. It's likely you have good qualities you discount. In therapy you may find you're not so bad.
