Therapy: Of differing types can help almost anything. Don't confuse a personality disorder which is not normal( not known of inherited for sure) with a trait which you are born with. If you have a trait and tend to negatively use or express it even that can be worked on in therapy! there is hope. Don't ever give up! we are all a work in progress ! seek help please!
