See psychiatrist!: If having suicidal thoughts, call ; see your psychiatrist now! if you cannot reach your psychiatrist, go to an emergency room now. You may need an adjustment in your medications to help ward off depression. If you are not taking your lithium regularly, your mood disorder can worsen.
