Acetaminophen : Tylenol contains acetaminophen, red bull contains 10mg of caffeine for each 1.4oz and considering that there are presentations like tylenol ultra that contains Acetaminophen 500mg and Caffeine 65 mg, it would probably increase its absorption and would be better to wait a bit before taking tylenol since it could cause liver damage if overdosed.

Yes: There is no adverse reaction between Tylenol and caffeine; some pills like Excedrin have both acetaminophen (in Tylenol) and caffeine. However, taking Tylenol regularly puts stress on the liver because it depletes glutathione. If you take Tylenol regularly I advise taking NAC (N-acetylcysteine) 500-600 mg with each dose to reduce liver stress. Also, aspirin and ibuprofen are safe with caffeine.
