A member asked:

Can you tell me: are throbbing, painful feet a symptom of kidney failure in systemic lupus?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Painful feet can be due to arthritis or nerve damage in lupus. If kidney failure is severe, it can cause burning and tingling of feet. Check with your rheumatologist- kidney function and serum activity of lupus.
