Need more info: Do you have a known rib cage tumor? The benign ones aren't likely to do this unless they're massive an impinging on your stomach. The malignant ones are treacherous and can do anything. Symptoms like this require a full diagnostic workup, whether or not a tumor is present; imaging should show whether there's a tumor if that's your concern.
