Following wrist operation infection, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: Often if the ifection is superficial just antibiotics alone can take care of it. If it is deep infecion you may need oeration and cleaning out and some times more than one surgry procedure to take care of tthe infection. Occasionally one may get long term pain and stiffness inspite of our best efforts. Good luck please talk to your surgeon and let him guide you to make appropriate plan.
