Muscle surgery: Children with strabismus can be aided by a combination of surgery and prescription eye wear. Those who continue to have strabismus into adulthood may also benefit from surgery or glasses (or both) in order to straighten the eyes, but the "lazy" eye may stray out over time. Have an evaluation with a strabismus/pediatric ophthalmologist, regardless of your age to learn about your options.
