How likely to go away is "mild" intermittent strabismus in both eyes in a 2-year-old?

Unlikely: Intermittent strabismus may not resolve. You need to take child to eye md for evaluation.

Possibly: Depending on the cause, this may resolve with time but your child needs close followup to prevent amblyopia.
