I want to know what is the difference between crossed eyes, and strabismus?

Nothing : They both are misalignment of the eyes. Except for strabismus al's includes deviation up and down and or the turning out (not crossing) of the eyes.

Crossing one type: Strabismus is a term that applies to any type of deviation of the normal eye position. Crossing eyes is only one type of strabismus (although there can be different causes for the crossing eyes).
