Severe urgency: Of urination which results in inability to control voiding bladder contraction which results in uncontrollable wetting. Can be due to uti, overactive bladder, interstitial cystitis etc.. Can usually be treated with appropriate medication.

OAB: Overactive bladder is defined as urgency of urination, frequency of urination (in general urinating more than seven times per day), and nocturia (getting up frequently at night). People with overactive water may also have incontinence with urgency known as urge urinary incontinence.
