Varies: See your doctor. Depending on the severity he may recommend kaegel exercises, a pessary, surgery, or in-tone. There are some medicines that may also help.

Start with Kegels: Tighten buttock muscles ; rotate hips outwards. Hold 30-60 secs, relax ; repeat 9 times, 5x/day. Also worth consulting urologist or uro-gynecologist for urodynamic studies which could be followed by bladder neck or urethral suspension surgery. Good luck.
