Antihistamine: Xevor is a brand name for levo-cetirizine. This antihistamine is the mirror-image isomer of Cetirizine (zyrtec). Theoretically, the r-isomers are the "active" part of the medication, so less medication should provide similar relief. It should work as well or perhaps better than zyrtec.
