Ok but...: As antihistamines have a high safety margin, you may just end up with dry mouth and perhaps drowsiness if you take 5 times the dose in one gulp. The question is why did you take so many at one time? The answer would be different when a decongestant is also present since such a high dose of decongestant can raise your blood pressure and heart rate significantly and potentially causing a stroke.
