Not likely: Neoclarityn is Desloratadine (clarinex in U.S.) and is a new generation antihistamine derived from Claritin that generally works well. Other antihistamines likely have similar results, but some people respond better to other antihistamines (allegra [fexofenadine], zyrtec [cetirizine]). Most effective treatment for nasal allergies is nasal steroid sprays!
