What happens if i use normal saline as an eye drops?

OK if sterile: This can be an effective rinse for the eyes but is a little tricky to prepare in a sterile manner. It will probably sting a little more than ordinary eyedrops which are formulated to be comfortable. Otherwise it is ok.
