My child of 1year has had a cold for more than a week now and i recently noticed her left eye is bringing out a little white discharge when she sleeps. am currently using saline drops to free the nose but what can i use to treat her completely?

Minimal conjunctivitis causing " a little with discharge" is probably a part of viral illness. Unless infant develops fever, redness with swelling of eyelid(s), or purulent discharge, watch and see would be all she needs.
