Maryland Bridge: The teeth holding the pontic (false tooth) along with the pontic can move together as a unit. This would only happen with severe periodontal disease and bone loss. Personally, i don't like maryland bridges as most don't stand the test of time due to limited retention and de-bonding.

Not likely: Maryland Bridges can replace replace missing front teeth and keep your remaining teeth from shifting.
