Mastectomies: Breast cancer is far more common than testicular cancer, and the number of mastectomies is much higher than the number of castrations (removal of testicles). Men with prostate cancer may also have their testicles removed, but more often they are given medication to suppress them. So, mastectomies win (if you consider that winning.) no one has ever asked me this question!
