No: Generally a reconstruction is performed by using an implant or by using a woman's own fatty tissue from her abdomen or back.

No.: Unfortunately transferring breast tissue from one person to another is no different than transplanting kidneys, liver, etc. The problems of immunosuppression and potential rejection make this option not feasible right now.
